Location and Fishing Information: Anvil Lake is located in Vilas County, Wisconsin. This body of water covers approximately 377 acres of surface area which has a maximum depth around 30 feet. You will find two boat landings, boating, kayaking, hiking and fishing here.

Smallmouth Bass: May 1st- June 18th/ Catch and release only

Walleye: May 1st- March 6th/ Minimum length is 15″ with a limit of 3 per day/ Walleye, sauger and hybrids may not be kept from 20″ to 24″
