Location and Fishing Information: Lake Conroe is located in Montgomery County, Texas. This body of water covers approximately 21,000 acres of surface area and has a maximum depth of 76 feet with an average depth of 20 feet. You will find recreational boating, kayaking and fishing on this lake. There is also excellent Largemouth Bass, Catfish, Striped bass and Bluegill here.
