Location and Information: Black Lake is one of the most popular fishing lakes in Michigan. It is located in Cheboygan and Presque Isle Counties and has a surface area of 10,129 acres. This lake is the seventh largest of inland lakes in Michigan. There is a maximum depth of approximately 50 feet and has an average of 23 feet.
